The rumors are true! You can now get your Whataburger fix in Kennesaw.

It’s been months since we’ve been hearing about the Texas-based burger chain making its way to metro Atlanta, and now Whataburger has officially opened its doors in Kennesaw. Whataburger also has additional plans to open locations in cities outside of the south, focusing on openings throughout the north and east regions

Earlier this year, Whataburger announced their plans to expand to Georgia, opening at least eight new restaurants in the state over the next two years. Talk about options! The additional locations include those set to open in the metro Atlanta cities of Woodstock, Cumming, Snellville, Covington, Buford, Monroe, Athens and Dawsonville. There is already a Whataburger in Thomasville, near the Georgia-Florida state line.

So, you’re ready for your Whataburger fix? Just head to Kennesaw and pull up to the old O’Charley’s on Townpark Lane. There, you can dine in, order through the drive-thru, or order online and, in just a few weeks, get delivery too! I wonder if they’ll deliver downtown? That’s probably a stretch.

Not familiar with Whataburger? Well, they’re known for serving customizable burgers topped with the chain’s signature spicy and fancy ketchups, several of which you can actually purchase at Walmart.
