TEDxAtlanta, fueled by Ideas into Action, a Georgia-based nonprofit organization, is back and better than ever with its highly anticipated annual mainstage event. After a long-awaited return from a hiatus since 2019, TEDxAtlanta is gearing up to deliver an experience that will transport you to new dimensions of inspiration.
Through the theme “We Rise” and a captivating lineup of speakers, the event will challenge conventional thinking, inspire innovation, and ignite conversations on pressing issues. “As we collectively navigate the uncertainties of our time, the 2023 theme We Rise is a celebration of resilience and human ingenuity in the face of adversity,” says Jacqui Chew, entrepreneur and TEDxAtlanta licensee. “Our all-volunteer team is back in action after a well-deserved break from presenting the sold-out TEDxAtlantaWomen conference in 2022 and we look forward to designing a day of bold ideas, deep connections and new experiences for all joining us for TEDxAtlanta 2023.”
Attendees will also hear from Alistair Dove, a distinguished marine biologist who is renowned as one of the foremost experts on the magnificent whale shark, the largest fish in the world. With his deep understanding of these gentle giants, Dove has brought attention to their conservation and the need to protect our oceans. His captivating talk will undoubtedly leave the audience with a newfound appreciation for the wonders of marine life.
