It's equal to three large pho, with more than 1 gallon of liquid and 20 ounces of meat. The massive serving of noodles (about 18 ounces) is intimidating, but grab some chopsticks and try to conquer the pho. It's recommended you call in advance to let the restaurant know you want to take on the challenge.
Prize: If you can slurp the noodles all down in an hour, the pho is free along with a $100 gift certificate and a T-shirt that says, "I'm a Pho King Champion."
