Celebrate Bastille Day at these Atlanta-area restaurants

Bastille Day is a French holiday celebrated on July 14 to honor the historical Storming of the Bastille in 1789 at the beginning of the French Revolution.

While you may not see many fireworks displays like you would in France, you can still celebrate at these metro-Atlanta restaurants:

Le Bilboquet: Get some sun on the restaurant’s patio while enjoying the true French experience. The restaurant will off all-day pétanque tournaments, celebratory cocktails, lunch and dinner specials and French music. It’s located at the center of The Shops at Buckhead Atlanta.

F&B Atlanta: This local French bistro will celebrate its fourth anniversary on Bastille Day, and will offer a special menu and music to commemorate the occasion. The restaurant will feature a menu that includes goat cheese tart and tuna carpaccio, along with Peking duck breast with roasted carrot puree, grilled asparagus, wild mushrooms and mustard tarragon jus and dessert selections including almond tuile. You can also take pictures with a custom-made guillotine and enjoy live music from an accordionist. Located at 3630 Peachtree Road NE, Atlanta.

Café Alsace: This quaint restaurant will feature a special menu priced at $60 - $65 in honor of the French Holiday and the café’s 19th birthday. Call in advance to RSVP. Visit the restaurants Facebook Page for more information, including menu selections. Located at 121 E Ponce de Leon Avenue, Decatur.
