Spring cooking classes in North Fulton County

Need a little help in the kitchen? Don't worry if you lack basic cooking skills, let alone techniques for creating Michelin Star dishes like the pros. North Fulton cooking classes can help you discover how to whip together recipes that you never knew you could make -- and that you and your family will devour!

Gluten Free Game Changers. 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. March 23. $69 per person. The Cook's Warehouse, 1544 Piedmont Road, Suite 403-R, Atlanta.

Local Chef Julia LeRoy will lead this hands on class designed to lower your anxiety level about cooking gluten free. You’ll spend some time with a few GF flours and soon you’ll see that cooking gluten free is not as hard as you think. After all, if there’s such a thing as GF grilled cheese sandwich or jambalaya made with GF roux, then maybe gluten free cooking isn’t so scary after all.

Chinese Takeout. 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. March 25. $69 per person. Sur la table, North Point Mall, 1000 North Point Circle, Suite 1082, Alpharetta.

You’ll cook with a wok and make dumplings with your own two hands in this hands on class. Your knife skills will also be upgraded. When it’s all said and done you’ll be tasting pork and chive dumplings, ginger chicken and scallion lo mein and Chinese broccoli with kung pao shrimp.
