We’ve all thought it.
Sitting inside some Chick-fil-A, the notion has surfaced: How many of these nuggets could I actually eat?
Now it’s time to put your bread where the breading goes.
The Chick-fil-A at 2105 Roswell Road in Marietta is having an all-you-can-eat chicken nugget event on Tuesday from 5 to 7 p.m.
The man behind your stomach ache is Taylor McCown, the eatery’s director of operations.
He said each store decides whether or not they’ll participate, and he doesn’t know of any others in Cobb who are doing so. You can always call a location to check.
McCown said the competition will be broken up into children 12 and younger and then folks who are older.

Those who are older can pay $12.99 for all the nuggets, a medium drink and a medium fry (no refills on the fries). The younger bracket will pay $8.99 for all the nuggets, a small drink and a small fry sans refills.
There are no prizes aside from glory and a good night’s rest.
When asked to give a prediction on the winning number eaten, McCown scientfically said: “That’s something we look forward to learning.”
He said none of the nuggets will be cooked ahead of time and he’ll be “staffing accordingly” that night in the kitchen.
“I’m sure there are some high school football players looking to have their own competitions,” he said.
