In need of pre-or post-game drinks near the Benz? We’ve got you covered!

Whether you’re heading to an Atlanta United game or maybe going out to a concert, there are plenty of go-to bars to grab some cocktails within walking distance of Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

Opened in late August 2017, Mercedes-Benz stadium has hosted some of the biggest sporting events in the last few years: the Peach Bowl, SEC Championship game, MLS Cup and Super Bowl LIII. FIFA even selected Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium as one of the hosts for the biggest sporting event in the world, the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Der Biergarten

Offering an extensive selection of beers, Der Biergarten is a great stop before or after a sporting event at the stadium. This authentic German beer garden brings traditional cuisine, beer and an unforgettable atmosphere. From bratwurst and wiener schnitzel, to Pilsner and so much more on tap, there is plenty to try here. This spacious beer garden has great outdoor patio seating and indoor seating, with a shuffleboard and foosball table for some added fun. Prost!

Fellaship

If you’re looking for something with a more elegant flair, NFL Quarterback (and Atlanta native) Cam Newton and his brother, Cecil Newton Jr.’s new cigar bar and restaurant, Fellaship, is certainly a new hotspot worth checking out. Only a few blocks from Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Fellaship has a pretty impressive drink menu, even offering a bottle of Rémy Martin’s flagship Cognac, Louis XIII, for a steep price of $4,500. If that’s a little out of your price range, don’t worry, there are plenty more beverage options to choose from that are sure to be reasonably priced. An important note to keep in mind - there is a strict dress code enforced for this new premium dining experience.

No Mas! Cantina

Down the street from Fellaship, and just four blocks from Mercedes-Benz Stadium, No Mas! Cantina is the perfect restaurant and bar to satisfy any craving for Mexican food and delicious margaritas (or any other drink). Nestled right in Castleberry Hill, No Mas! Cantina offers a unique Mexican atmosphere with hand-crafted decor and an expansive outdoor seating area. The best part of this restaurant is the No Mas! Hacienda Artisan Market with unique crafted works of over 500 Mexican artisans. Come for the drinks and food, stay for the beautiful artisan pieces.

Park Bar

Right across from Centennial Olympic Park and down the street from Mercedes-Benz Stadium, this cozy neighborhood bar is known for its great food, eye-catching bourbon selection and craft beer options. They have this “3-2-1″ special that includes 3 shots (of top-shelf liquor) for the price of a 2-in-1 souvenir cup. Don’t forget to spin their wheel to win special prizes and try their “Irwin M. Fletcher steak sandwich” based on Chevy Chase’s character in the 1985 film, “Fletch.”

STATS Brewpub

Described as “Atlanta’s Ultimate Sports Bar,” STATS Brewpub is a large sports bar filled with enough TVs to catch all the angles of any major sports game. With plenty of brews on tap to try, they’ve got a variety of creative cocktails with names like “Shots on Goal” and “Quarterback Rating,” perfect for any football and soccer fan to drink pre-or post-game. Just a short walk over to the Benz, this is a perfect spot for game day.

RT60

Right across from Mercedes-Benz Stadium and nestled inside of the Reverb by Hard Rock hotel, RT60 is a rooftop bar with unforgettable night views of the Atlanta skyline and the beautiful Benz itself. At RT60, there’s always live music to enjoy and DJs spinning some great tunes while you sip on cocktails and socialize. Want some food to go with your drinks? There’s a great selection of shareables and one that sounds worth a try - the “Charcuterie Pretzel,” a large hot pretzel stuffed with meats, cheeses and veggies, served with house-made mustard that’s sure to keep you and your group satisfied before or after a special event at the stadium.

Bottle Rocket ATL

In the mood for sushi? Look no further, Bottle Rocket has you covered with creative cocktails as well as sushi and poke bowls. Minutes away from the stadium, Bottle Rocket is not hard to miss since it’s directly across from the iconic Josef Martinez mural in Castleberry Hill (calling all Atlanta United fans!). If you have some extra time and want to do something fun with friends before the big game, Bottle Rocket offers occasional sushi classes where you can learn all of the basics of making a nigiri and a makimono. Last, but certainly not least, Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville has finally arrived in downtown Atlanta bringing tropical-flavored cocktails and an escape to paradise in the peach state. Located at Centennial Olympic Park and just down the street from the stadium, Margaritaville is packed with plenty to offer: from amazing skyline views and delicious food, to live music and one of the largest selections of margaritas. Once you’re ready for dessert, you’ll want to be “nibblin’ on [molten chocolate bundt] cake.”
