“We are so excited that the U.S.A. is going to be the home to the series of next generation LEGO Discovery Centers. Following the highly successful Brussels attraction launch in Belgium in Europe, it’s great that our guests in North America are going to be next to experience the brand-new look and design of LEGO Discovery Centers,” Scott Maupin, divisional director at Merlin Entertainments, said in a press release.

New featured zones at LEGO Discovery Center include:

  • Spaceship Build & Scan: The countdown to liftoff is on! Design and build your own LEGO spaceship with this new zone, and then strap yourself in for an incredible journey through the digital universe.
  • Build Adventures: This dedicated play area is designed to let your imagination run wild and put your building skills to the test. Anything is possible with LEGO bricks, from a drive through the desert to jumping over a crocodile in the jungle.
  • DUPLO Park: Meet a roaring dinosaur, take on the big construction challenge, solve puzzles and play in the brick pits. It’s the perfect place for families to learn and play together.
  • Minifigure Creator: Create your own unique Minifigure with a billion different LEGO heads, bodies, legs, and more to choose from; the possibilities are endless!
